Our apartment is located on the top (fourth) floor of the building and is easily accessible by elevator, offering added privacy and beautiful views.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, except for a locked supply closet reserved for housekeeping and maintenance purposes. Both the building entrance and the apartment can be accessed using a smart lock system and garage door keypad providing a convenient and secure self check-in experience.

• The regular nightly rate covers 8 guests. All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the home and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay the night.
• No animals are allowed on the property. $800 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO PARTIES and EVENTS, Quiet Hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including in the building common area and balcony . $500 fine per violation.
• Smart Lock Access
