This is the edgiest, urban-hip neighborhood with restaurants, bars, shops and more. Hyde Midtown is a full service building amenities with a fabulous spa, pool, gym, restaurants, bar, entertainments, media room, valet parking, and more.
Getting Around:
Lyft, Uber, Taxis, Walking, Bicycles and Metrorail Bus are available in the area for your transportation needs. *Minimum age to book is 25 years old. A rental agreement from Viac Management will be sent for signature following the confirmation of each reservation. Signing this document is mandatory.

*We ensure that our toilets are in perfect working condition prior to guest stay. If the plumber finds evidence of such items, repair costs will be charged to the guests.
