Lake Lure continues to recover from Helene. Mt Sun Goddess is welcoming guests. Although the Chimney Rock area, Lake Lure beaches and waterfront are currently closed, there is much that our beautiful foothills area has to offer. Come to Moose Tracks as a peaceful retreat and “home base” for visiting nearby towns and attractions. Area restaurants, in Lake Lure, Hendersonville, and Asheville are open. There's golf at Rumbling Bald, and area wineries, breweries, music, hiking trails, waterfalls, locally and within an hour's drive of Lake Lure. Tryon International Equestrian Center pavilion is hosting some of the Chimney Rock businesses on weekends. Rutherfordton, Forest City, Saluda, Ashville, and larger cities like Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC are great day-trip destinations. MAIN LEVEL- Great Room offers outstanding views of Rumbling Bald Mountain. Great Room opens onto wrap-around Deck with covered sitting area, gas grill and fire pit, outdoor table. Great Room has Smart TV and gas fireplace (seasonal). Guest Bedroom 1: King bed, Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed, shared full Bathroom with 2 sinks, combination Tub/Shower. Fully stocked Kitchen, Dining area seats 8 comfortably (10 is doable, but a cozier fit).
LOWER LEVEL: Wood floors throughout. Large Family/Game Room with Gas Fireplace, Smart TV/streaming services, DVD, Foosball and convertible Pool/Ping Pong game table, Corn Bag toss set. Guest Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed with Queen lower and Twin upper, shared full Bathroom has 2 sinks and step-in Shower. Laundry Room with washer, dryer and iron/ironing board.
UPPER LEVEL-Wood floors throughout. Master Suite: King Bed, Smart TV-streaming services. Master Bath has 2 Sinks and combination Tub/Shower. Separate Office/sleeping room with a desk and Queen Sleeper Sofa, Smart TV. Loft Sitting Area with chess board, overlooks the Great Room.
