This is a true family holiday home with lots of deck space and large bedrooms. It has great north facing views of Palm Beach bay all the way out to The Noises, and Tiri. As one family said ... this home offers the 'perfect holiday'.
With two upstairs Master Bedrooms, this home is also ideal for a couple or two couples wanting a getaway from the city.
Inside it has comfortable seating for eight in the lounge, with a cosy wood burner, games, jig saws, books, etc. TV, stereo and XBox/DVD player, Apple TV (with Netflix) are also part of the furnishings.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and baking with lovely views out over the ocean.
There is also a garage store room with kayaks, life jackets and so on.
Surrounded by protected Pohutukawa tree's and flax bushes the wood pigeons and tuis are almost within arms' reach.
NOTE: this is a Kiwi Bach Experience, not a boutique hotel. Note also that the driveway is steep and there is no turning around at the top. We often park on the road if we are going in and out during the day.
