Grab a folding chair, fishing pole, cold beer or glass of wine and walk to the canal in less than 5 minutes. You have a front row view of Camelback Mountain and the Praying Monk for an amazing sunset...and you might even catch dinner.
There are many great restaurants close by to either drive, walk or ride a bike. No matter what your taste buds are craving, it's right around the corner. Plus we have been told we have the most comfy and cozy KING beds!!!!
Relax in the community pool (heated and floaties provided) and indulge in the Jacuzzi. Play some tennis on the tennis court and or take a stroll around the grounds. This non-smoking townhouse is fully furnished and features a private patio with doggy door. For your convenience there is a full size washer/dryer with laundry soap. A private attached 2-car garage is provided and parking restrictions apply. You are required to park in the garage and any guests may park in the common parking area.
Perfect for one or two couples to rent weekly or monthly. Pets and children require an additional deposit. Dogs must be on a leash when you walk and please pick up after them. We prefer a 3-night minimum, utilities (WiFi) are included and we have ROKU for TV. Arroyo Verde is a very safe, friendly, beautiful and quiet community so please no parties.

It's a beautiful day trip up to his studio in Pine, AZ. You might want to stop at Saguaro or Roosevelt lake and/or the Tonto Natural Bridge. Make sure your tummy is hungry and stop in Old County Inn in Pine for the best Woodfired Pizza EVER!
